Theresa Saltsgaver, MS, RDN, LDN

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods from West Virginia University in 1995. I then continued my studies at Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio, where I completed my dietetic internship in 1998. After taking some time off to raise my sons, I returned to graduate school and completed my Master of Science in Nutrition (with an emphasis on Public Health Nutrition) degree from Appalachian State University in August of 2022. I also completed the CDR Certificate of Training in Obesity in Pediatrics and Adults in October 2023.
